ADD THIS SKILL

Copy this into a blank Wideframe chat. It tells the agent to build the skill, what to confirm with you first, the steps to follow, and how to verify the result.
PROMPT
I'd like you to add a skill to Wideframe called "reframe".
What it should do:
Turn 16:9 into 9:16 (or any size) with the subject kept in frame.
Before you run anything, ask me to confirm:
- Exact target dimensions
- The subject to track (face / product / text)
- Safe margins + headroom
- Subject-leaves-frame behavior: follow-crop or letterbox fallback
Then do the work:
1. ffprobe the source dimensions/fps.
2. caltools media-analyze-content-batch to track the confirmed subject per frame range.
3. Compute a crop path that holds the subject in the safe area; apply via sequence-clips-update transform.
4. On frames where the subject exits, use the confirmed fallback. Render with render-final.
Do not grade your own work. When the output is ready, hand it to a separate verification subagent that has its own context window. Give it the output, the choices I confirmed, and the pass criteria below. It reviews the quality, writes specific feedback, and returns PASS or FAIL.
Pass criteria:
- Output is exactly the target dimensions (verify with ffprobe).
- Subject in safe area throughout, or exceptions logged with timecodes.
- No anamorphic stretch introduced.
If it returns FAIL, apply the feedback, redo the affected work, and verify again with a new subagent. Repeat until it returns PASS, then show me the result.
Once it works, save it as a reusable skill named "reframe" so I can run it again by saying /reframe.
RUN IT AGAIN
Once it’s saved, run it on the next project with /reframe, or just say:
“Make this 9:16 for Reels, keep her face in frame, leave room for captions.”Run it on your own footage.
7-day free trial. Requires Apple Silicon.
